Refund and Returns Policy

After purchasing the product, you can claim a refund or a replacement within 30 days. To do so, follow these steps:

  • Mail us at support@tigersoftware01.com with your order number

  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method if you are eligible for a refund

  • If you are eligible for a replacement, we’ll instantly send you replacement product key(s)

Please note:

  • We are not accepting refunds for redeemed or used product keys

  • Incorrect or incompatible purchases will not be refunded

  • We are not accepting cancellation requests after delivering the product key(s)
